HOW IT WORKS

TIMELINE

• After we have received your order, a questionnaire will be sent via email within 2 business days. This is where you will fill out all your pertinent information and make your design and wording selections- at this stage you can still add any of our various add-on options.

• Once your questionnaire is received, a digital proof will be sent via email within 5 business days.

• Once your proof is approved, they will be mailed to you within 15 business days.

• If you include addressing on your envelopes, production can take up to 20 business days. Your production timeline begins once we receive your approval and correctly formatted guest list. You will also be sent a questionnaire with full address formatting instructions.

WHAT’S INCLUDED

• The Suite:

  • Invitation Card: 5.5×8.375” flat printed on luxurious double thick 220 pound cotton blend, soft white paper.

  • RSVP Card: 4.24×5.5” flat printed on 120lb cardstock cotton blend, soft white paper (online OR mailable option available).

  • Blank Outer Envelope: A9 5.75×8.75” outer envelope, weights vary by color and are between 68-90lb text weight.

  • Optional Add-Ons: You can choose to add envelope addressing, a schedule of events card, and an RSVP envelope for additional cost.

• Design Options: These details will be collected in the emailed questionnaire.

  • Wording: your wording can be personalized with all your event details, names, dates, locations, who’s hosting, how to RSVP and more.

  • Text options: choose from one of our 6 font combinations and 16 font color options.

  • Envelope Color: choose from one of 24 envelope colors.

  • Added design details: Select which icons you would like to use for your RSVP card (as well as your schedule of events card if you have selected that Add-On).

• Digital Proofs:

  • Two proofs: A first proof and a final proof are included in the Ready-to-Order Process.

    • Your first digital proof is sent upon receipt of your form. You can then respond with any changes via our Proof and Change Log.

    • We will then create a Final Approval Form.

    • If additional proofs are needed, they are charged at $25 a proof.

• Communication:

  • Communication is completed through the e-mailed forms and followup email correspondence from our team. Phone calls and video consultations are not included in your purchase of Ready-to-Order stationery.

• NOT INCLUDED:

  • Please note, digital files of the design, artwork, and design elements are not included in this package. All designs and artwork are the sole property of Wouldn’t be Lovely and cannot be copied or reproduced in any way.

  • Zoom or phone design consults are not included in the Ready-to-Order Collection. All communication is via email and forms. If you’d like a more involved design process, check out our semi-custom and custom design options.

  • Additional design options or changes to artwork are not included in the Ready-to-Order Collection. If you want to have more options- check out our semi-custom design process- it may be a better fit!

    • Changes to artwork and icons are NOT included in the Ready-to-Order Collection. All artwork is to be used as shown.

    • 6 font options are available in the Ready-to-Order Collection, other font options are NOT included.

    • 16 font colors and 24 envelope colors are available in the Ready-to-Order Collection, other colors are NOT included.

  • Formatting and proofing of address lists: If you have added guest and return addressing, addresses must be proofed and correctly formatted by the clients, WIBL does not proof address lists- they are printed as they are sent to us.
