Caitlin
OWNER, CREATOR & DESIGNER
Caitlin went to RISD for industrial design and spent 8 years post grad designing shoes at Reebok. After getting married in 2010, she realized that wedding design was FUN and started WIBL as a passion side hustle until 2016 when it had become large enough that she could leave corporate design and work with all you amazing couples full time! Caitlin loves traveling the world with her husband and their son, reading books of every genre (but especially romance novels, sci-fi, and post apocalyptic story lines), decorating their house, and visiting Disney World to act like a kid at least once a year!
Sara R.
SENIOR DESIGNER
Sara R. is the very talented senior designer at WIBL. She is a 2024 bride and a shoulder to lean on with all things wedding! (Because she’s going through it herself!!) In her previous work life she was a corporate architect for five years. She has a love for vintage style, and high level of detail in paper products, as seen in her many monoline sketches in the WIBL portfolio. Her favorite part of invitation work is painting watercolor cat portraits, as she is a self-proclaimed cat lady and mom of a gray tabby named Squish. When she’s not working you can find her organizing a themed bar crawl, DIYing on her sewing machine, or window shopping hand-made pottery that she doesn’t need.
Sara o.
Studio manager
Sara O, is the studio manager and handler of details. She is a hopeful romantic with a deep passion for literature, often lost in the enchanting worlds of books. Her kitchen is her sanctuary, where she expresses her love through baking and cooking, creating delightful culinary experiences. When she is not savoring the flavors of life, you can find her on the sidelines, wholeheartedly cheering for her two kids as they excel in various sports. Her life revolves around love, stories, and family, making every moment a cherished chapter in her journey.
Robin
PRODUCTION DESIGNER
Robin is WIBL’s lovely production designer. She spent twenty years working as a designer in the apparel then footwear industries, with side stints in personal and home organization. She loves a good spreadsheet, check list, and routine- and can't stand clutter, snakes, and not being on time. When not working she can be found restoring her 1800’s farmhouse, on the yoga mat, hiking, exploring the world, or elbow deep in healthy recipes; all with her three kids, husband, and two dogs.
Lisa
post-production handler
Lisa, is the post-produciton stationery handler and executer of all the finishing touches before your stationery leaves our studio. She lives with her husband, Mike, and their three children Jake, Sarah and Alex. A lover of animals, she can be found cuddling her dog and baby talking her 13 chickens. Lisa feels blessed to have stayed home and raised her children for 13 years and is so excited to have joined the amazing team here at WIBL.
