As it seems that spring has FINALLY arrived here in new england, I wanted to bake a favor that would be perfect for a spring or summer wedding. So I made these tasty little lemon cups with a shortbread crust. I love the short wide jars and designed a simple and sweet little wedding logo to top them off. and it's delish! Also, a little trick for dusting the powdered sugar in little containers without making a mess, I used a tea strainer!
