Pricing Options

At Wouldn't it be Lovely, it's important to us that everything be as straightforward as possible while still giving you unlimited options so that you end up with a design you love and pricing that you can understand!  When it comes to design and pricing, you have two routes, custom or personalized. A custom design means we're creating something completely new and unique just for you. A personalized design means we're starting with an existing design you've seen on the website but personalizing it to make it a perfect fit for you and your wedding. Custom Design

With Custom Designs there are no limits to your design! From custom watercolors, calligraphy, and hand lettering, to metallic foil, letterpress printing, hand made paper, custom die cut shapes and more. You may not know exactly what you want, but we'll work together to put together all the elements to get you to your perfect design. You are not charged by the hour or per proof or for samples of materials as we believe that you shouldn't worry about making edits or asking to see something a different way. For custom designs, there is a flat design fee and the price of your invitations. The design fee is determined by quantity and the design style. Personalized design

A Personalized Design starts with a design that Wouldn't it be Lovely has already created. We start with an existing design and then change elements to make it the perfect fit for you. The general design language and fonts stay the same, but personalized designs are still heavily customizable, you can change wording, papers, envelope or belly band materials, colors (in most instances, with some watercolor illustrations the colors cannot be changed), you can add or change insert cards and layouts. You can add or remove treatments like foil depending on your budget. You can change the format (see below for more format and layout options). If you like parts from one and pieces from another we can often mix and match to make a perfect design for you. There is no design fee for personalized designs unless you need less than 70 sets. Contact me with all the details about what you'd like your design to be so I can send along some preliminary pricing.

Below is pricing for some of the most popular design layouts. Click on the image for more details about what's included. If you're having a custom design made, these are some great pricing guidelines in addition to the flat design fee. If you're going with a personalized design, most designs can be formatted to fit any of the layouts below and the various cards and surfaces of the different layouts can be used to suit your event and design needs. Full assembly is included in the price so all you need to do is stamp and send them!  Please note that specialty treatments and materials like metallic foil, matte foil, blind embossing, white ink printing and specialty papers are an additional cost which is determined by the quantity needed.

Addressing Options

Addressing is the first thing your guests see of their save the date or wedding invitation, which is why we think it should all tie together! We offer a variety of options to fit any budget, see below for some examples and click on the image for more details about that process and style.

Invite Add Ons

Calligraphy Addressed Inner Envelope: $2, Small Directions or Accommodations Card(2”x3”): $0.60, Envelope Liners: $0.75-$3, Custom Map Insert $3, Logo Tags tied with twine: $0.75-$2 (depending on shape and quantity), Logo Stickers: $0.50, Wax Seals $2.50

DAY OF EXTRAS:

Custom design doesn't end with invitations! We can carry your custom or personalized design through all of your day of needs. Included but not limited to:

Programs, Place Cards and Escort cards, Menus, Table Numbers, Signage, Seating Charts, Marriage Contracts, Vow Art, Welcome Baskets, Stickers and More!

Wouldn't it be Lovely is based in Franklin, Massachusetts, USA. Certain larger projects/constructions  are restricted to the New England area, but most projects can be done remotely and shipped to clients all around the U.S. and abroad.
